Birthdays, snow, and Mamaseeyas

Wow, what a busy last week we had!!! Drew and McKenna celebrated their 7th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese's. They invited 15 of their good friends and had an absolute ball. It was a tornado of an event for me. In 90 minutes, they expect you play, feed your guests pizza, sing HB, eat cake and icecream and then open up a ton of gifts. It was crazy! They got a lot of good stuff though. We've played games every day since. ("A moose in the house" is my favorite....card game for kids 5+)

Then, we had Ethan's party 2 days later. He turned 2 years old!!! I can't believe it! We had a Thomas the Train cake and icecream at home. He loved opening up his gifts! The family had a good time!

Okay, then it really snowed like something weird the other day. That is the third time in my life it has happened (in this area). It wasn't a lot, but it was enough to scoop up and throw at someone. The kids got real cold real fast, so I ended scooping some up and putting it in the turkey pan and letting them play with it in the living room.

My Mamaseeyas girlfriends had a family Christmas party last Friday night. We had a great time! We ate a great Mexican meal and then played games. We did an "off your tree" ornament exchange and that was fun! Kim ended up with the "death star"...one that is passed around yearly. They are a fabulous group of women! Between us we had 15 children all upstairs playing in the media room. They stayed upstairs which was nice (we adults got to have a good time visiting)

Laura - Great to see you pictures, and family; I just went thru your and Chad's blogs. Awesome! Your family is precious. It seems like an eternity ago when we were at the Texas, serving up FRO's and Chow Har Look's! Do you remember?! It's surreal comparing the time now and the time then. Check out website our sometime when you have a chance, https://www.babyhomepages.net/alexaandalysa/. Have a Merry Christmas, tell your family Howdy! Lex and Jenny
